The first is just close to the north gate on Kitayama Street. On just passing through the entrance gate, you will see beautiful white and pink flowers blooming in four or five long lines of planters.

Next flowers can be seen in the south area of the garden. Walking south as you pass the fountain near the north gate, there is another fountain. Near it, you can find a floor bed of daphne. Cosmoses are blooming all over. If you are lucky you might be able to see them being watered under the blue autumn sky.

The last area is in the Western Garden just passed the rose garden. Cosmoses are arranged in a circular pattern and you can enjoy them from all different angles. Here you can also see yellow and orange cosmoses called Kibana cosmos in glorious full bloom.
